Refund & Payment Policy

To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. This deposit guarantees your place on the safari and covers initial planning, logistics, and reservations.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled start date of the safari.

Failure to settle the final payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of your booking, and the deposit will be forfeited.

All payments made are non-refundable within 14 days of the safari start date. We strongly recommend that guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may affect their ability to attend.
